At Valor & Vine, each canine and equine product is handcrafted from durable BioThane® materials and made to order. Please allow 3-5 Business days for processing prior to shipment. Processing time does not include transit time. During peak seasons or high-volume periods, production times may be extended slightly. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
We offer flat-rate shipping within Canada for $16 CAD and flat-rate shipping to the United States for $30 CAD. These rates apply per order unless otherwise stated. Shipping timelines begin once your order has been completed and dispatched.
After shipment, estimated delivery times are typically 2–10 business days within Canada and 5–14 business days to the United States, depending on the destination and carrier. These delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.
Orders are shipped via reputable carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, or comparable services. Carrier selection may vary depending on the shipping destination. Tracking details will be provided once your order has shipped; please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Valor & Vine is not responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us because of an address error, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
For orders shipped to the United States, customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by their country. Valor & Vine is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographs of the product and packaging so we can assist in resolving the matter. While we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier, we will make reasonable efforts to support customers in initiating carrier claims where appropriate.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, order changes or cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has begun, changes may not be possible.
